Refund policy
Exchanges for store credit are available within 7 days of delivery. Please note that as a small business, we do not offer refunds at this time.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To initiate your return, please email hello@bucatini.la with your order details.
Please note:
- 5% restocking fee will be deducted from your store credit.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Items must be securely packaged.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
