Amaro Ciaciaro

First created by Vincenzo Paolucci in 1873 from Central Lazio/Abruzzo, Italy and is still to this day crafted by the Paolucci family.

Medium Bodied "Gateway" Amaro. Balanced blend of bitter orange, gentian, cloves, and a subtle smoked cola finish. It has a lingering, pleasant sweetness that tempers the bitter bite.

Sip it straight or over ice after a heavy meal to aid digestion.

Top with seltzer/club soda and an orange twist for a refreshing pre-dinner drink.

Use as a replacement of vermouth to create a Black Manhattan.
