Abby Di Ventra is an oil painter and collage artist based in Laguna Beach. In Vignettes of Italy: 40 Small Works, her 2024 exhibition at Bucatini, Di Ventra drew inspiration from photographs taken by the shop owners on their fall sourcing trip through Rome, Venice and Florence. Interiors, meals, and small moments they shared were beautifully captured by Di Ventra through this body of work. The essence of the places and spaces, and the aura of the ancient cities themselves are brought to life with her hand.
